Job History (External HRMS)

The Job History section within the Employee Profiles under the External HRMS tab displays read-only information for an Employee’s past job history as received from the external HRMS system. This data is for reference purposes only and cannot be edited within LightWork

Displayed Table Fields

The table may include the following fields, depending on configuration:

  • Effective Date

  • Employee Number

  • Company

  • Job Code

  • Job Title

  • Employment Type

  • Division

  • Department

  • Location

  • Additional enabled Organizational Levels
